The First Decade Achievement Award
The First Decade Achievement Award was created in 1998, originally as the Early Achievement Award, and recognizes those who have made an extraordinary impact in their organization(s) within their first ten years of graduating from ILIR. Throughout the years, many ILIR alumni have hit the ground running and have established themselves as leaders in their field at a very early stage. This could include community service, career advancement, academic achievement, or excellence in a career path outside of employment relations.
