R. Wayne Anderson Family Fellowship
ILIR Alumnus R. Wayne Anderson and his wife Dottie established the first alumni-endowed fellowship at the Institute of Labor and Industrial Relations.
The "R. Wayne Anderson Family Fellowship" honors the entire family's commitment to education. The fellowship was created to enable industrious, promising, and appreciative students to achieve their educational and professional goals.
Fellowship recipients are selected on the basis of financial need, scholastic ability, and evidence that the recipient worked throughout their undergraduate years to pay for their education.
Wayne Anderson was formerly the senior vice president- human resources, of Amoco Corporation when he retired in 1998.
