Developmental Process
The following diagram illustrates the design of our program. Participants spend a full day with us, participating in the developmental assessment center. This involves two blocks of behavioral simulation exercises, followed by a self-reflection activity and a feedback session. Following this full day of development, our development facilitators meet with participants (in person or over the phone) regularly to track their progress, offer additional feedback, and provide continued developmental suggestions. In 9 months to a year, participants return to the program for follow-up diagnosis and feedback session.

The competencies on which MDP is based have been validated as being both crucial to managerial success, and readily developed by a program such as the MDP. The competencies include:
