On how ILIR compares to other programs

"ILIR combines high performance standards with a high level of support and friendliness. For our students, the best evidence of this support is our continuously updated curriculum designed to reflect the evolving world of work. A close second is the world-class quality of our career services office. We want our students to learn a lot while they are here, and we do our best to launch them on a rewarding and satisfying career. In short, we want their time here to be one of the peak experiences of their lives."

On the three best things about ILIR

"First, there is an opportunity to interact with smart people about important, interesting, and current workplace issues. Second, ILIR is small enough that we provide more individual support for students, faculty, and staff than exists in most university departments. Third, the impressive professional accomplishments of our alumni after they graduate from ILIR is extremely rewarding."
