Current Responsibilities:
As Assistant Director, CHRM, Jean serves as point person for the Center. She handles special event planning, facilitates the research process, develops the budget, markets the Center, handles corporate relations and communicates with the faculty and coporate executive partners.
Past Work Experience:
Prior to coming to ILIR, Jean was an HR Consultant for Ady & Associates. She conducted HR audits, job analyses, and career counseling in addition to writing policies, job descriptions and resumes. Jean served as an academic advisor for the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences General Curriculum Center.
