Her current publications appear in Academy of Management Review, Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Journal of Management, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Vocational Behavior, Research in Personnel and Human Resource Management, and Research in Multilevel Issues.Her research has also been cited in United States Supreme Court proceedings (Ricci v. DeStefano et al., June 29, 2009).

Professor Rupp professional areas of expertise include:

She has consulted and advised firms such as Sun Microsystems, the Korean Ministry of Foreign Affair and Trade, the Illinois State University Civil Service System, the South Korean Civil Service System, Doosan, the Colorado Department of Human Services, Solutia (Monsanto), Pal Gelman Sciences, SK Group, and the Korean Psychological Testing Institute.
