Research Interests
Pandey’s research interests include employment relations issues such as employees’ preferences and attitudes toward benefits and compensation practices and intergenerational conflict in the workplace. Another area of research interest is team dynamics, with a focus on knowledge sharing, status issues, social networks, and work arrangements and structures.
